Position Overview
As a Fluid Services Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working on vehicles and helping people understand their maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform upper and lower bay oil changes and inspections
- Service and maintain vehicle fluids, including:
- Transmission
- Differential
- Cooling systems
- Transmission
- Replace wiper blades and air/cabin filters
- Educate customers on recommended preventive maintenance services
- Explain service options, programs, and pricing clearly and professionally
- Assist with additional services such as tire repair and replacement
- Maintain and service fluid equipment to ensure proper operation
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Additional Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean and organized service center
- Perform general cleaning duties (floors, windows, lot upkeep)
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Support team operations as needed
Work Environment
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Regular exposure to vehicle noise and exhaust fumes
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the day
- Routine handling of automotive fluids and service equipment
