Position Overview

As a Fluid Services Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working on vehicles and helping people understand their maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform upper and lower bay oil changes and inspections

  • Service and maintain vehicle fluids, including:

    • Transmission

    • Differential

    • Cooling systems

  • Replace wiper blades and air/cabin filters

  • Educate customers on recommended preventive maintenance services

  • Explain service options, programs, and pricing clearly and professionally

  • Assist with additional services such as tire repair and replacement

  • Maintain and service fluid equipment to ensure proper operation

  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues promptly

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Additional Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a clean and organized service center

  • Perform general cleaning duties (floors, windows, lot upkeep)

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions

  • Support team operations as needed

Work Environment

  • Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions

  • Regular exposure to vehicle noise and exhaust fumes

  • Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout the day

  • Routine handling of automotive fluids and service equipment
