Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and help regarding their automotive service needs.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, coordinating with our team of technicians.
- Utilize automotive knowledge to accurately price out repairs and services for customers.
- Effectively manage time to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and efficient appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Finalize the customer’s invoice and collect the payment due.
- Obtain National Fleet authorization prior to performing any service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive repair, parts sales, or service writing is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with basic office software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment, a steady 40-hour work week with overtime available as needed.
